Chillberg emerged from a profound passion for delightful desserts encountered during our travels in New Zealand. We stumbled upon New Zealand-style ice cream and chose to serve it amidst the stunning mountains of Colorado. Our ice cream begins with a vanilla base, whether it's ice cream, or a non-dairy option, then combined with a cup of fresh, frozen fruit and blended for a refreshing treat.
